Coming soon For interpreting agencies

Book A Terp

Fill every interpreting request with less back-and-forth. Book A Terp takes each job from request to a confirmed, checked-in interpreter. Coordinators stop chasing, customers stop waiting, and the people being served get the right interpreter.

One platform, four kinds of people

Everyone involved in an interpreting job sees what they need, and nothing they don’t.

Agencies

Matching, offers and changes in one place, instead of phone calls, texts and spreadsheets.

Interpreters

Clear offers from every agency they work with, one tap to accept, and the whole week in their pocket.

Customers

Hospitals, courts, schools and employers request in minutes and always know who is coming.

Consumers

Deaf, DeafBlind, hard-of-hearing and limited-English consumers get the interpreter who fits, with preferences remembered. No account needed.

Matching

The right interpreter, ranked and explained

Open a job and see who fits, best first. Every name shows why: credentials, distance, availability and what the consumer prefers. Scheduling conflicts are checked across agencies before anyone is offered the job.

Match board ranking three eligible ASL interpreters by score, with distance and reasons such as consumer preference.

Offers

Offers interpreters can answer fast

Send a job to one interpreter, or to several at once and the first to accept gets it. Interpreters get a visual alert, a push notification and a text, then accept with one tap. Sensitive job details stay hidden until the job is accepted.

Requests

Requests arrive ready to schedule

Customers request interpreters from the agency’s own request page or their portal. The right questions appear for each kind of appointment, and a request becomes a job without retyping.

Day of

Every job, from offer to check-in

One board shows what is filled, what has offers out and what still needs someone. Interpreters see their day and check in on site, even with a weak signal.
